What do I need to bring?Please come in sports clothes and indoor sports shoes if you wish to work out in shoes. We have changing rooms and lockers that you can change and leave your stuff during the session.

Where are you located?We are located at Campinglaan 2, 9000 Gent on the Watersportbaan. We are in the Klimzaal Bleau climbing center, when you enter if you go up the stairs, you will find the studio on the right.

What are your operating hours?Our studio is open from 6am to 10pm. Feel free to contact us about what hours work best for you and we can find a good fit.

What services do you offer?We offer a variety of services, including personal training and group classes. Our group classes include Pilates, HIIT, GetFit, Yoga, Legs Bums and Abs Burn, Circuit training, Small Group Training. We also have workshops including Yoga for Climbers.

How long are the sessions?Each of the sessions are 1 hour, starting on the hour. The group classes are approximately 45-50 minutes of exercise.

What level are the classes?The classes are catered to all levels, with the trainers giving modifications to each of the exercises. If you need more help or support, just let our trainers know and they will be happy to help.
